Termination
- Without prejudice to any other rights, either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, Licensee shall destroy all copies of the Product and all its component parts.
No Liability For Damages
- This Software is not fault-tolerant and is not designed, manufactured or intended for any particular use. It may contain bugs, so use of this tool is at your own risk. We take no responsibly for any damage that may unintentionally be caused through its use.
